Colonel Philip Blair, MD, (US Army retired) is a Family Physician and international consultant in endocannabinoid medicine. He graduated from West Point 1972 and University of Miami School of Medicine 1978, trained in Family Medicine, and served in the U.S. Army as combat physician for over 20 years. Since 2014 Dr. Blair has been studying, treating, writing, and lecturing about the human body’s natural endocannabinoid system (ECS). ECS dysfunction appears closely associated with chronic inflammation and immune dysfunction, which how the body ages and functions.

His mission is to create optimum health and performance by restoring balance to the ECS through lifestyle, nutrient-based therapeutics, advanced research, and education.
