WHEN AND WHERE IS THE CONFERENCE?
September 10-12, 2021 at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA
WHICH AIRPORT IS CLOSEST TO THE BEVERLY HILTON HOTEL?
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
Distance from Hotel: 10 miles. Drive Time: 30-60 min.
IS THERE A HOTEL ROOM BLOCK?
Yes, we have negotiated a discounted room rate at the Beverly Hilton.
DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR?
Only if you do not intend to use Uber or Lyft and/or plan to do sightseeing.
WHAT IS THE CONFERENCE AGENDA?
The full Agenda will be posted on this site by August 20, 2021.
WHAT IS THE DAILY FLOW OF THE CONFERENCE?
Days begin at 7:30am with 50-minute Master U sessions taught by industry experts in the fields of breathwork, yoga, meditation, physical movement, and more. Further, our VIP and Preferred ticket holders will have exclusive access to the Exhibiting Areas daily at 7:30am.
Opening Keynote is daily at 9am.
A plated healthy and organic lunch will be served all 3 days of the Conference in the International Ballroom, for ticketed guests. There will be a vegetarian/vegan option.
There will be Upgrade U breakout sessions daily. You may sign up in advance for these and the Master U sessions via the Conference App. Please watch your email for notification of when the app goes live.
*Please note: All Keynote and Upgrade U breakout sessions will be filmed and available to ticketed Conference attendees for viewing within 30 days of the Conference close.*
Evenings include community building and networking parties, as well as VIP dinner events.
The closing Keynote by Dave Asprey will be Sunday, September 12 at 2pm. Tech and exhibiting areas will remain open after the Closing Keynote until 5pm.
There will be an after-party hosted by our friends at Dry Farm Wines on Sunday, September 12 at 7pm in the Circa 55 restaurant at the Hilton.
TECH PREVIEW PARTY - THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 9 FROM 5 TO 7PM
If you’re in town on Thursday, September 9, pick up your badge at Registration in the lobby of the Beverly Hilton and meet us in the Tech Playground, Corridor and Hall where you’ll get an exclusive first look at this biohacking wonderland!
Be prepared to ask questions, book demos, and buy products. There will be Dry Farm Wines and Imperia Caviar on hand to sample.

WHEN MAY I SELECT MY MORNING U & UPGRADE U SESSIONS?
VIP session registration opens: August 20, 2021
Preferred session registrations opens: August 27, 2021
General Admission session registration opens: September 3, 2021
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Conference dress is casual, as our exhibiting partners will be hosting demonstrations and you want to be comfortable.
Due to the stage lighting required for filming (and to keep our presenters from melting), the International Ballroom is kept VERY COOL, so we highly recommend layered clothing, including a hoodie, wrap, or jacket.
There will also be a “cold immersion plunge experience” daily in the VIP Lounge and Secret Garden at The Beverly Hilton, so bring your bathing suit and a towel. Robes will be provided post-plunge for guests in the VIP Lounge.
MAY I BRING MY KIDS?
Children are welcomed, with a ticket purchase, as seating in the International Ballroom is limited and all seats are paid. If you do bring children, please be respectful to the speakers, other attendees and our partners by exiting sessions, if your child needs to let off some steam.

WHAT ARE MY ON-SITE FOOD OPTIONS?
The Bulletproof Coffee Bar will open daily at 7am and an organic, healthy plated lunch will be served daily in the International Ballroom for Conference ticket holders. Also, our food and beverage partners will be sampling throughout the Conference.
The Beverly Hilton has a gift shop, lobby bar and poolside restaurant on-site.
And, as always, if you have specific dietary restrictions, please come prepared with your own food or snacks.
HOW DO I UPGRADE MY TICKET?
Upgrades are subject to availability and may be purchased in advance by writing to support@biohackingconference.com and, on-site, at the Registration counter.
REFUNDS
The Conference is a dynamic event involving extensive planning and resource commitments. Tickets are nonrefundable and transferable only.
