This workshop will provide you a structured 4-step protocol for personal transformation through the strategic use of peak experiences. We will use psychedelic medicine as a case study. You will learn the science on the role of ego dissolution, near death experiences and other peak experiences in reducing temporoparietal brain activity and increasing brain connectivity and bottom-up sensing to increase neuroplasticity and ultimately experience sustained life changes. You will leave with an action plan on how you can leverage peak experiences to catalyze your personal transformation.
